There’s more to PCG than code and consulting. We’re Navy veterans, philosophers, math geeks, entrepreneurs, speakers, and more. With our varied backgrounds come unique knowledge bases, skill sets, and problem-solving methods. Collectively, these advantages add up to a serious force with exponential potential.

We do not offshore work. PCG is a strong advocate for implementing intern programs designed to provide a pipeline of local resources focused on employee growth and retention.

    Joining PCG’s ranks as its first intern, Brandon Berry is now a resident software engineer. Brandon’s background is a mixture of business ventures and academia. With experience as both a small business owner and software engineer, Brandon has a first-hand appreciation of how software solutions can add real business value.     Jeremy Vaughan is a business development professional who helps organizations identify and analyze needs to determine appropriate solutions. With ample experience in both business and technology, Jeremy takes a high-level view to organize workflows, control costs, deliver quality products, and ensure client satisfaction. Jeremy is currently reading up on economic development; process engineering; and Agile management.

    Owner/Principal

    Mike Potts is a Software Engineer specializing in enterprise scale ASP.NET applications and "Software as a Service" systems on the Microsoft development platform. Mike has experience working in several Software Development methodologies, and has spent considerable time researching the general body of knowledge in this area. He is an aggressive advocate for Agile methodologies with a focus on Scrum, Lean and Kanban, and has grown software development teams for companies of all sizes.

    Software Engineer

    Tim has been programming professionally for the past 10 years. Though not exclusively on the .Net platform, his career has certainly been .Net centric. Early projects for companies like WebMD were developed as Windows Apps, but primarily his career has focused on enterprise application development in C# and ASP.NET for companies like the MPS Group. Most recently Tim has enjoyed stress testing the newest MVC technologies for both the Pruf Project and proprietary software for Infotech International. Current research is focused on templating and binding with jQuery, the performance and applications of AI concepts as they apply to business applications. Current research includes: Lucene, ToC as it applies to SD, Artificial Higher Order Neural Networks

    Software Engineer

    Zack's programming career began around age six, when he began re-typing the source code for video games published in Byte magazine into his Commodore 64. Programming has remained a life-long passion since then. His days of command-line BASIC programming have long since departed, and he now enjoys programming in C#, Objective-C, Python, and JavaScript. He's a professional member in good standing of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), and the ACM Special Interest Group in Algorithms and Computation Theory (SIGACT). Current research topics include: language and framework design, language inter-operation, tooling, search, embedded devices based on the .NET Micro Framework, and various topics in theoretical computer science.
